2015 was full of adventures for my family: we brought home a newborn from the hospital, and then we traveled the world. As we made a name for ourselves as brave traveling parents, I figured it’d bring the year to a proper closure by sharing our experiences.
It appears that a cleaner has been killed, and another injured in an explosion at Istanbul Airport. Authorities are saying that it is NOT terrorism related.
It would appear that another failure in security screening may have let a viable explosive device on to a commercial flight.
My second trip on American’s flight from Phoenix to Honolulu was on a 757 with a different configuration and my seat had great legroom.
BA seems to have a habit of substituting third party planes for their own out of London City. As luck would have it on the day I travelled they wouldn’t allow any wheelie bags in to the cabin.

American Airlines has announced the introduction of a Premium Economy cabin on its international fleet of wide-body aircraft, marking a historic first for a U.S. carrier.
