Public Health Passenger Locator Form live on UK Government Web Site
The UK Government has confirmed the terms of its 14 day, on arrival quarantine and the pre-registration form is live on the web now. If you’re arriving on Monday, make sure you fill it in before getting on a plane, train or boat, or face a fine.
