The Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego, is first and foremost a convention hotel. Set your expectations at that and you’ll be fine – but the Grand Club does stand out as excellent. Plus its location makes it accessible even without a car.

The newly opened RIU Plaza hotel in Berlin is a conversion from an office building and seems to have a staff that seems to really want to help. Services are a bit limited but the rooms are great.
Hyatt opens its fourth property in the UK, and its first Hyatt Place – the Hyatt Place Heathrow Airport. About 15 mins from the airport, it is big hotel with a great staff, really working to impress.
A perfectly good stay at this Hyatt Place, shows that consistency is the secret to this winning brand.
