达美航空公司更变常旅客计划，或从此改变FFP历史
大概十二个小时前，美国各大新闻媒体 报道说达美即将在2015起更变常旅客累积里程的方式。 现在大部分航空公司累积的里程通常按距离来算。比如说西雅图到北京距离为5407 miles, 那单程所累积的里程为5407，往返则是10814里程。而新的达美常旅客计划将更改FFP几十年来的风格. 新的达美FFP将以消费金额来断定所获得的里程. 基本会员每花$1可获得5点里程，银会员7点里程，金会员8点里程，白金会员9点里程，钻石会员则11点里程. 假设一个普通会员花费$1200美元往返西雅图-北京，那他只能获得6000里程（大概少了一半）。 达美在新闻报道中提出，它的信用卡客户用Delta Amex结账时可以额外再获得2点里程。我很愤怒的说这是瞎扯淡，因为这卡按照现在的里程计划也已经是每消费$1获得2点里程；新的计划只是在数据上显得好看了点罢了，实际上毫无区别。达美在媒体上Argue说：其实这样回馈方式是最好的，就如同那些酒店集团和租车公司。（最早推出忠实旅客计划的航空业，竟然步随那些落后的。。真是莫名其妙阿） 按照达美公司原话： “We want to reward those who spend more money with Delta Airlines”。所以对于一个公司来说，逻辑或许是对的。但是对于一个忠诚计划来说，这是大大的折煞。在Delta Skymiles已经廉价的情况下，达美陆陆续续在一年之内修改了2次常旅客计划，3次积分兑换列表，没有一次是真正站在客户的情况下考虑的。 新的官方达美航空常旅客计划简介，可以通过此连接查看。…
